1. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Our average delivery time is 7–15 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium. This is because we ship directly from our international suppliers.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number . This allows you to track your package in real time.
3. What are the shipping costs?
At Tropicaldeal you benefit from free standard shipping on all orders.
4. I only received part of my order. How is that possible?
We work with multiple suppliers, so products are shipped separately. It's normal for your ordered items to arrive in multiple packages .
5. What should I do if my package is delayed?
Due to international shipping, delivery may sometimes take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived after 25 business days , please contact our customer service at TropicalDealHelp16@gmail.com.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible .
7. How do returns work?

8. Is paying at Tropicaldeal safe?
Yes, we use secure and encrypted payment methods , such as iDEAL, Bancontact, and credit card.
9. What if my product arrived damaged?
Please email us photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt. We will then provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
